Projects range from customer acquisition and value research to retention and win-back. You must be experienced in SAS analysis (any version, with at least a year and, for the more experienced roles, at least 3 years). You will also need exposure to analysis techniques such as customer segmentation, customer behaviour analysis, direct marketing analysis, and predictive modelling.
