Previous office administration role preferable

Excellent time management abilities
Capable of working in high-pressure situations and to deadlines
(French, German, Italian speaking a bonus)
The role
Reporting directly to the Group Administration Manager, the successful candidate will be expected to keep aspects of the office running smoothly whilst managing to fulfil the wider aspects of the role. Keeping travel costs in line with company policy whilst still providing excellent service to the Sales Consultants is essential. An ability to manage one’s time efficiently and being able to meet time critical deadlines is of utmost importance.
The office management side of this position consists mainly of keeping office supplies topped up and managing meeting room allocation, as well as some postal activities. This is not a PA role.
Human Resources administration will also be an important aspect and taking control of the holiday allocation procedures and helping the Group Administration Manager with the new staff induction process and some training procedures will complete this role.
You must be able to adapt quickly as a fast paced working environment can create a “re-active” rather then pro-active environment. This is an ideal role for someone with HR and Office Administration experience to take on a fast growing role and grow with it. We are embarking on a significant growth period and we require an individual with the ability to drive, to build and take ownership of our head office administration in line with our plans.
