Established IT company based in Northampton require a fluent Norwegian and Swedish speaker to join their expanding European support team. The successful candidate will have 1+ years helpdesk support experience supporting either hardware or software products on the following platforms Windows 95/98/ME/2000 and XP. Any experience of networking protocols would be highly advantageous. . The specific duties include supporting customers via phone with product set up, configuration, use and trouble-shooting, performing product tests, supporting sales staff with general product use support, cable configuration and system configuration. This young, expanding company will offer you excellent training and the chance to progress your career into a desktop/server support position.
