Are you a recent Graduate with B2B sales experience ready to make the move into a Corporate sales career path?
Our Client is an International Recruitment Company established for over 8 years specialising in the IT market placing Senior level candidates into Financial Institutions and Global Blue Chip organisations throughout the UK and Europe. Due to rapid growth our client is looking for hungry, driven and dynamic individuals to support their Senior Consultants as Researchers. The role will involve researching market trends in highly specialist IT areas such as SAP, .Net and PeopleSoft. You will be required to source candidates and qualify their skills so as to match them with the requirements provided by Clients. In return you will receive ongoing training, a structured development plan and the opportunity to grow and develop with some of the best Recruitment Consultants in the industry.
Experience Required:
- B2B Sales Experience with proven results
- Strong academic background - Graduate
- Languages preferred (French, German and Dutch)
- Must be Client facing, articulate and Professional
- You should be ambitious and charismatic with a ‘can-do’ attitude
