Head Deli Chef - International Bank - £24,000

We are recruiting now for a Deli Chef to work at ANZ Bank in London Bridge. Responsibilities include preparation, cooking and service of quality menu items for the Deli Bar together with some private client dining. Candidates must be confident at managing stock levels, costing and producing exciting menus. Catering for onsite staff of 300 in the Deli Bar.

Working in a small team and reporting into the Facilities Manager.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and able to deliver with personality. Prior experience of managing a small team is essential, with good communication skills a must!

This position is based Monday - Friday with some evening work.
