Excellent opportunity commencing in the New year for an experienced HR advisor who doesn't mind assisting with some PA duties. The role is HR advisory but to begin with will involve 30% PA duties for the initial stages of the role. A small not for profit based near Chancery Lane involved with learning.
Duties include providing up to date HR advice and guidance in line with legislation and best practice, organising and advising on recruitment and selection of staff and contracts, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, induction of new staff, ensuring compliance with Health and safety legislation, preparation of personnel information for processing of payroll, database administration, record keeping of holidays, sickness and maternity.
