BRANCH MANAGER - RECRUITMENT INDUSTRY

Base Salary - £35-£40,000 + Commissions + Bonus + Benefits - OTE £80,000 per annum plus

COMPANY: One of the largest staffing companies in the world, with a huge presence in Europe, Asia and North America are looking for a recruitment Manager to run their City operation. They provide both permanent and temporary recruitment solutions worldwide in a variety of markets including Office Support, Finance and Legal.

ROLE: The Branch Managers position will involve taking over a team of existing consultants, providing direction, coaching and regularly reviewing performance. In addition, you will use your previous recruitment experience to generate personal revenue and mentor others to do the same. Leading by example you will also set high standards in performance whilst maintaining team motivation and growing the branch inline with the future vision, which you will assist in setting.

IDEAL CANDIDATE: Must have a proven track record in recruitment, ideally 2 years as a minimum and be able to demonstrate effective skills within each aspect of the recruitment process. Experience of Finance, Legal or Secretarial recruitment will be an advantage. You will also be highly motivational and be a team player with the desire and ambition to further develop your career within a global organisation.
