COMPANY & ROLE:

This organisation has a history spanning 2 decades of supplying professionals into the banking sector and has become a market leader. They are highly recognised as a reliable and dedicated recruitment partner providing high quality resources to the Corporate Finance and Banking world. They have an opening for a graduate / trainee recruitment consultant to join a team who supply middle to senior level professionals. The successful candidate will go through a 6- 12 month graduate training programme, which will train the individual on all aspects of client / business development, profiling the target market, identifying candidates within the market and making placements. You will have the opportunity to progress into a Recruitment Consultant, depending on your level of development and results during the training scheme.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Must have a strong academic background, being predicted or already achieved a 2:1 degree, ideally in economics or banking related disciplines. Some work experience especially within business-to-business sales or tele-sales would be advantageous though not necessary, as full training will be given to industry- leading standards. You must possess excellent communication skills and be commercially focused and aware, highly adaptable and self- motivated. You should be computer literate, with an excellent telephone manner.
