COMPANY & ROLE:
A Leading and Global Executive Search Firm, has launched a new arm to focus entirely on the research and analysis of management talent. This new venture has created an exciting opportunity for an individual to head up the business development function and to develop this brand to compliment the activities of the parent company. The principle responsibilities of this role will be to define and execute key business development strategies, spearhead initiatives to raise the public profile of the business, set clear revenue targets whilst ensuring these are achieved and become part of the groups hiring process. This is a truly unique opportunity to become part of the leadership team of a highly respected and global brand, which will set your career on course for significant progress in the long-term
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Proven track record in strategy recruitment consulting
· Ability to interact and influence at very senior levels
· Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and action business development opportunities
· Strong people skills and ability to build and manage teams
· Strong academics; MBA advantageous but not essential
· Highly driven and entrepreneurial
