About The Role
Organic growth has now led to the rare requirement for an additional consultant to join the team. You will be joining an established team and all whom have been with the company for between 4 and 15 years. They encourage a ‘grown-up’ work culture, giving individuals autonomy to run their day. They strongly believe in a work/life balance and believe this is key to their success. They have no ‘fee targets’, thresholds or client/candidate ownership, believing that internal competition doesn’t contribute to the overall profitability, company reputation or their team environment.
About You
Expertise in this sector, though useful, is not an essential; intelligence, determination, and a proper regard for the needs of both clients and candidates are. A minimum of 12 months’ recruitment experience from a professional discipline is required.
