Job Title: Executive Director
Base: £60-£100,000 per annum
Package: Bonus + Benefits + Equity

COMPANY & ROLE:
A leading Executive Search organisation, working in the international markets is looking for entrepreneurs to drive the strategic and operational development of new vertical sectors. The role will involve heading up the new business unit, mapping the short / medium term strategy and driving the business development process. A full budget will be provided for recruitment and full back office support will be given including IT, Finance and HR. You will be supported and trained by some of the most credible and accomplished people in this business from whom you will stand to learn a great deal. You will also be part of one of the most credible establishments in this sector. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Proven business development (min. 5 years) experience within either the pharmaceutical or technology sectors
Operational Management experience
Highly ambitious and entrepreneurial
Proven experience of negotiating and persuading at board level
Excellent presentation skills
Highly articulate in both written and spoken English
Search experience a bonus (in the markets listed above) but not essential as full training will be given
Management Consultancy background preferred but not essential
