COMPANY & ROLE:

Our client is a Specialist Executive Search Firm for an experienced Banking Recruiter. The company was established more than 10 years ago and has an exceptional contact base within the Banking Industry. 75% of their business is retained, and all assignments are focused on the senior end of the market. The company is offering an attractive pay package and career progression to the right candidate.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Must be degree-qualified (ideally a 2:1 or above)
· Experience as a banking recruitment consultant with a focus on middle and/or back office appointments
· Must be articulate and exceptionally well presented
