COMPANY & ROLE:
Join a PLC group, with a trading history in banking recruitment, who have embarked on a serious programme of expansion over the next 3 years. This has resulted in numerous openings including the role of a Trainee Banking Recruitment Consultant to support one of their placement teams. This role will involve candidate generation, candidate qualification, candidate management and lead generation. This starting point will give you extensive knowledge of the investment banking sector together with experience, which will assist you to advance to further responsibilities within 6 months. You will get a highly competitive base salary and commission structure, company incentives and a fun and vibrant working environment.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· Candidates must be of graduate calibre
· Possess direct sales, telesales or banking experience
· Determined, confident, enthusiastic and energetic individual
· Ambitious and able to thrive in a target driven environment
