COMPANY & ROLE:
Our client is a progressive and rapidly expanding banking recruitment consultancy, supplying to some of the most prestigious clients, which include global blue chip organisations in the UK, Europe, Far East and the US. They are currently looking for an ambitious and focused individual to join their specialist team in Front office recruitment within various product markets. Working within an established team you will capitalise on existing clients and an established database and research resource, which will support your delivery. In addition there are numerous opportunities for career progression as the company continues to grow and you will benefit from an unrivalled earnings potential, where the average earnings are in excess of £65,000 per annum.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Experience within recruitment with a proven track record
· Ability to demonstrate strong business development and account management skills
· Corporate sales approach with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
· Tenacious and ambitious, with the desire to develop a highly successful team
