£20,000 + Commission + Benefits OTE £40,000 ++

COMPANY & ROLE:
Train to become a recruitment consultant within this rapidly growing organisation, which specialises in supplying all levels of accounting staff into a variety of industry sectors. The role will involve working alongside 2 other consultants who work in the FMCG sector. This team has excellent potential for growth as demand has risen considerably and offers many opportunities for career growth in the medium and long-term. Essentially you will be learning the skill of candidate generation and assessment, moving into client development within 3 months. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Degree educated (ideally 2:1 or above)
- Sales or telesales experience
- Ideally have knowledge of the accounting sector
- Be very well presented
- Exceptional communication skills
- Real desire to build your career in recruitment
