This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join one of the biggest names in Fashion & Retail recruitment.
Established since the early 70s our client still very much leads the way in the world of fashion & retail recruitment. Rapid expansion plans have led to the requirement for a new Permanent Divisional Manager. The permanent division is responsible for positions within retail sales, retail operations, design, production and technical, predominantly into the luxury retail and fashion markets. Over the past two years, this team has increased by approximately 120% with significant further growth anticipated over the next 12 months.
You will inherit an existing team consisting of three Perm Consultants (all with previous recruitment experience of between 5-10 years) and an exceptional dedicated Resourcer.
Reporting directly into the Managing Director and will be responsible for the following:
Supporting the existing team with guidance and direction
Starting and responsible for an Executive desk for positions in excess of £60,000 salary level (currently 2 instructions at this level)
Managing business development activity to gain and retain new clients – across all sectors
Managing budget
Achieving revenue budget
Managing effective resourcing process
Ensuring efficient & accurate use of Aspire database at all times
Review consultant activity & performance
Set & review objectives on a monthly basis
Coach & mentor Perm Consultants to develop skills and improve performance
Responsible for Perm Division P&L
In return for your experience and commitment, there will be a 5% share option scheme, BUPA, 22 days holiday rising to 25 plus the opportunity to earn up to six figures with commission and bonus.
