£22-25,000 OTE £50,000 Commission + Benefits

COMPANY & ROLE:
This company has experienced significant growth since inception, working across key industry sectors using search & selection methodology and now turnover circa £40m per annum. Their growth has created various openings, one of which is within their Docklands branch for an experienced consultant to join a team, which places Secretaries, Administrators, PR Assistants, Office Managers, HR Executives and many more professionals on both a temporary and permanent basis into a cross section of industry sectors. Essentially the role will involve considerable new business development and ensuring an effective delivery of service. The successful individual will inherit 1 or 2 well-established accounts in the first few months of joining. Other benefits include, working alongside highly supportive team members and an organisation that significantly rewards its employees for effort and hard work.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Experience across the recruitment industry
- Desire to succeed within a sales environment
- Ability to hit the ground running
- Initiative to build your own desk
