Are you a high billing recruitment consultant within the banking sector with 3+ years experience looking to manage your own team? – This could be the opportunity for you.

COMPANY & ROLE:
Our client is a specialist banking recruitment consultancy, working on a search and selection basis. They are a dynamic and expanding company always looking to grow and promote from within. Your role will be split between motivating and organising the existing team of recruitment consultants, identifying new opportunities and developing new business, in addition to building upon existing client relationships. The package that comes with this role is excellent; offering a basic salary of £35k with an OTE of £80k++, along with a cut of your team’s commission and good company benefits.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
This is an excellent opportunity for recruitment consultants with:

- Experience within front-office recruitment
- Good management / team lead skills
- An excellent billing history
