£30-£45,000 OTE £85,000 Commission + Bonus + Benefits

COMPANY & ROLE:
From management consulting to finding management resource for landmark transactions ranging from private deals to multi billion valuations makes this boutique search consultancy unique in its market place. Their approach has been described as highly analytical, flexible and possessing an intuitive understanding of the private equity market. As a search consultant, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of industry sectors at the very highest levels to pin point the desired management talent. You will be interacting with CEOs, Chairmen and CFOs to whom you will be delivering a service as well as working with the most sophisticated financial investors and developing relationships with the private equity community. This position will extend your knowledge and skill and offers a very interesting and versatile proposition from which you can develop a highly lucrative career.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Excellent academic record, ideally to an MBA qualification
· Knowledge of the private equities market
· Commercial experience (Law, PR, marketing or sales)
