COMPANY & ROLE:
A specialist Finance Recruitment Consultancy is looking to add a Trainee Consultant to a team of 8, who place both permanent and contract staff at junior to middle level in finance and accountancy across the UK. You will get the opportunity to work alongside individuals who have extensive experience in this sector, who will pass on their knowledge and skill to you, thus ensuring your continuous personal development. In addition you will be professionally trained in the art of winning new business, candidate screening and delivering a quality service. This varied and dynamic role will ensure you are challenged and continuous growth will set you on the path of career progression for the long-term making this an exciting opportunity for the right individual.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Must be graduate with ideally a 2:1 degree
· Commercial sales or telesales experience
· Ambitious and self motivated
· Desire to develop a career within recruitment
