COMPANY & ROLE:
A market leader in executive search - This outstanding organisation is looking for business leaders of the future. Initially, you will join as a researcher - a role that will give you the opportunity to learn every aspect of the search process. You will focus on Fund Management institutions, identifying and building a network of senior and executive-level candidates commanding salaries of up to £2 Million per annum. Your career will progress to consultancy, and there are opportunities for international travel and relocation.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Outstanding track record of academic achievement
· Commercial experience gained in a sales or financial services environment
· Negotiation and polished communication skills
