A Progressive Legal Recruitment Consultancy that has achieved significant market share over 20 years in business. Supplying some of the biggest UK organisations they have established themselves as a leading player in this field. Professional and Quality are their key drivers and they are looking for an ambitious and motivated graduate who has a genuine desire for recruitment and is looking to join an environment that demands results and rewards and recognises success. Focused on new business development, candidate generation and database management this role will be both varied and exciting and will provide an opportunity to acquire a number of key skills over the long term.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Direct sales experience with a proven track record
· Degree qualification (ideally a 2:1 or above)
· Genuine desire for recruitment
· Have an enthusiastic character
