COMPANY & ROLE:

Economic upturn in the City has sparked our client’s Trading Desk into further headcount growth and as a result they seek a high potential Junior or Trainee Consultant to join the team. This organisation has a 20 year history of providing traders within Derivatives, Hedge Funds and Prime Services and requires a Trainee to join 2 consultants who have exceptional knowledge and experience in this area. This role will start in a research capacity where you will be required to collate client and candidate information and it is anticipated that the ideal candidate will move into full process recruitment post 6 months. Full and on-going support and training will be given with personal mentoring that will assure your swift progress. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a group, which has grown from 10 people 2 years ago to 50 people currently. Opportunities for personal advancement are significant within a company that are firmly set on a path of continued expansion for the next 3 to 5 years.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Must be a graduate
- Preferably from a B2B background
- Desire to work in a recruitment consultancy
- Highly professional in your approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to negotiate at high level
- Desire to work in a recruitment consultancy
- Must be very well presented
