£18-20k + Commission + Benefits - OTE £45-55k+

COMPANY & ROLE:
Part of the largest privately owned recruitment group in Europe, this company is eager to double their headcount to ensure they maximise a massive increase in business over the last 6 months. Consultants specialise in a specific niche area from day 1. This focused approach allows consultants to develop the high level of industry knowledge necessary to provide optimum standards of service to both candidates and clients. You will benefit from an extremely well structured and comprehensive training program consisting of intensive external courses and on site mentoring and shadowing. In addition to a generous commission structure, personal, team and company incentives are in place to further reward high achievers (company car allowances, holidays and nights out). Aggressive plans for expansion guarantee excellent prospects for progression for ambitious and successful consultants - all the current directors started in the company as trainee recruitment consultants.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Graduate calibre (ideally 2:2 or above)
- Ideally some experience of cold calling
- A real desire to achieve and be highly motivated
- Strong appetite to work in a targeted sales environment
