Salary: £20-£25,000 + Bonus + Benefits - OTE £35,000 YR 1

COMPANY & ROLE: A world leader in the provision of human capital solutions is looking for a junior researcher to assist their global research effort for assignments that total in excess of 25,000 per annum. Primarily your function will be to research targeted sectors to identify management talent associated with client assignments, which will pose an interesting challenge for those who like to step up to the mark and are achievement orientated. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Must be degree qualified with a 2:1 qualification and above
You must have a very professional and confident approach to your work
Possess strong analytical methodology
You must have worked in a commercial environment ideally telesales to possess strong communication skills
