COMPANY AND ROLE:
Train to be a Recruitment Consultant with an established Finance Recruitment Consultancy who is expanding their investment banking team. Having won awards for business services and achievements over the last few years, you will have the opportunity to work for a highly reputable player in this market. Training in all aspects of the recruitment process you will be developing your skills in winning new clients, candidate screening / generation and working to set business targets and objectives. A highly varied and challenging role you will acquire personal, financial and career growth making this a truly meritocratic opportunity.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Must be a graduate (ideally a 2:1 or above)
· B2B sales experience with proven results
· Real desire to be in recruitment
· Articulate with a great work ethic
· Excellent telephone manner
· Ability to build relationships very easily
