COMPANY & ROLE:
A leading organisation offering legal recruitment solutions across a variety of markets are looking for a trainee to join their private practice team based out of Central London. You will get the opportunity to work with highly experienced consultants who will train you in all aspects of the recruitment cycle from winning new business to candidate generation and working to key business targets. Benefits include sales incentives, uncapped commission and career progression.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Must be a graduate (ideally with a 2:1 or above)
· Telesales experience with proven track record
· Excellent reasons for wanting a career in recruitment
· Fit to climb the corporate ladder
· Strong communication skills
· Well presented, tenacious and driven.
