Are you ready to join one of the most prestigious insurance companies in the world based in the City of London?
Our client is looking for an experienced business support co-ordinator to join their sales and client management department.

Main purpose:
To actively support Area Sales Managers/Account Managers/Customers in developing profitable new business and relationships. To support the Business Support Manager/Area Sales Manager to ensure achievement of sales office business plan.

The Role:
§ Provide sales support by working in partnership with Account Managers to achieve targeted business plan.
§ Design and preparation of materials for sales meetings.
§ Respond to customer and Account Manager enquires and requests by establishing requirements and requesting regular feedback to keep up to date with customer needs. Providing relevant information, and identifying and applying the appropriate procedures to meet customer needs in a compliant manner.
§ Follow and identify opportunities for best practice to improve efficiency. Activeley work with Business Support Manager to increase own and team results against targets.
§ Ensure that all regulatory requirements are handled in line with company procedures.

Skills:
Business Support will have a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements.
To actively support, understand and promote company’s proposition, strategy and global ambition.

Key Skills required for role:
§ Experience of working in life/ pensions industry and working towards relevant qualifications.
§ Understanding of regulatory requirements.
§ Self starting & pro-active ability to work on own initiative.
§ Effective customer relationship management
§ Verbal and written communication skills
§ Flexibility/ adaptability to cope with change
§ Planning and organisational skills
