Building Surveyor

Our client is a well established medium sized property company looking to recruit an experienced Building Surveyor with at least 2 years experience.

The successful candidate will have a stable work history with experience in dealing with local authority work. Typical projects will include housing, major refurbishments up to the value of £1 million, estate modernisation etc.

In return there is a competitive remuneration package including a basic salary of £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.
