Residential Porter/Security

Our client is a well known international property company currently managing an expanding portfolio of prestigious residential blocks in Central London.

They are looking to recruit an experienced porter to be based in one of their luxury sites.

Duties include

Reception cover
Meeting and greeting tenants
Maintaining a high level of security for the building in a professional and curtious manner
Helping with luggage and looking after tenants properties whilst they are out of the country
Managing the car park and dealing with parking allocations

This is a career opportunity for a responsible and mature individual with a security type of background where you need to strike a good balance between being professional and dealing with peole in their home environment.
