An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Telemarketing Agent to join a very well-established gaming company.
Key responsabilities:
· Providing outbound telephony and telemarketing services to our customers and potential customers of the company
· Multi skilled, conversant with various dialects, including Scottish
· Support multi media campaigns and able to identify opportunities to improve throughout the duration of a campaign
· Analyse outbound scripts targeting specific consumers
· Able to improve scripts and ensure that they deliver maximum impact
· Working in the fields of:
Þ Acquisition of new customers,
Þ Win Back
Þ Up Selling
Þ Cross Selling
Þ Questionnaire Completion
Þ Data Cleansing
· Provide an activity report to the Manager Outbound
· Open for opportunities to improve your knowledge and experience by taking training at head office in Amsterdam
Experience required
· Considerable experience in contact centre outbound sales
· Experience in sales of subscriptions
· Experience with Customer relationship management
