Funky, new media recruitment agency that operates on a global basis needs an experienced Recruitment Consultant. It will be finding Video Games Language staff for Localisation and Translation and Games Testers for already established clients within the video games industry. Cold calling is not required. All of the clients and candidates are right here on the database; we need a person with beautifully honed account management skills to match them up and to continue with our success. We recruit for all the major players to include: Rock Star, Ubisoft and Midway.
You must have a background in recruitment or telesales.
The key competencies you need to be successful in this environment are a proven ability to be organised and prioritise, articulate yourself in a convincing and persuasive way, coupled with a good listening skills and a good memory. You also need to give consistent performance in a varied environment, and have the ability to build relationships over the telephone.
