To monitor complaints and enquires form members of the public, councillors, members of parliament.
To manage process for the Councils questions.
To deputise for the PA to Head of Community safety.
You must :-
- Set up database to track complaints and enquires across the division
- Establish quality process for dealing with complaints and enquires
-Monitor and where necessary amend responses
- Coordinate responses across the division, taking a lead role where requires
- Ensure constitutional and council timeframes are met
- Council questions - duties similar to above
- Deputising for PA to Head of Community Safety - answering phone, diary management.
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral
- Good IT skills
- Good organisational skills
- Political awareness
- Interpersonal skills
- Equalities and diversity awareness
