Up to £27k basic + OTE

•Specializing in permanent and contract recruitment across all industry sectors, this really is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate looking for an excellent training program and financial rewards in the Recruitment Industry.

The role
•You will be involved in the full recruitment process starting with sourcing and screening candidates and making your name with the clients.
•You will need to be a strong business developer and have the gift of the gab, but actually deliver;
•You\'ll also have to write your own adverts and job specs for websites and publications;
•Managing your Clients and Candidates through the whole recruitment cycle – from your first introduction to the managing the offer – we need an all rounder with a real team spirit.
The Candidate
•You will be motivated, ambitious and a passionate individual, who is well presented, polished and articulate and able to demonstrate achievements outside of curricular activities.
•An excellent Degree from a top University with a strong academic record
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade
•Ability to pick up the phone and build business.
