A leading and traditional trading house based in the heart of the City is seeking a professional Receptionist/secretary to compliment their friendly and close team. Duties will include all aspects of reception' meeting and greeting, operating a very simple switchboard and organising lunches for meetings. Other duties will include assistig the HR department with general admin duties and occassionally assiting with PowerPoint presentations.
Essentials are good solid reception experience gained within banking/finance or blue chip companies, polish and professional manner, mature and responsible, happy to work in a small team and intermediate MS Office
