We are looking for a Bilingual German Speaking graduate with some work experience who would be interested in an Account management role within Financial Derivatives markets.
Assist the account manager in managing our partner relationships in a number of countries. This will include monitoring service level agreements (SLA's), resolving issues relating to White Label partners and clients, acting as a point of expertise relating to White Label partners internally and providing partners with management and operation information regarding their clients.
Person capable of working in a fast paced environment within a small team. Able to work by themselves for extend periods of time. Has good communication skills and interact well with others. Also willing to travel to and from Germany.
Assist the Head of German Partnerships
Work closely with the other Account Managers in Europe
Interact daily with all of our German partners
Distribution of management information to partners
Resolving service issues relating to partner clients
