Position: Site Manager
Package: £55-60k basic + car allowance + fares/travel costs + full benefits
Company: Well known UK Construction Company with an operating business focused upon the South East region. The organisation has a high proportion of D&B and negotiated projects, ranging in value from £5m to £40m, across most well known building sectors, with newly secured projects.
Role: Site Manager to manage a Design & Build project with responsibilities to include construction supervision from post contract stage, you will work with the Project Manager to lead and motivate the site team to deliver the project, within programme and budget, whilst ensuring that quality, health & safety and company procedures are adhered to.
Requirements: You must have previous UK construction experience as a Site Manager, with knowledge of subcontractor management, quality control and Health & Safety; you will have experience of managing refurbishment and/or new build projects. Future project will be either refurbishment or new build.
