Our client is an international bank looking for an experienced Post Room Clerk, to provide an effective internal & external mail distribution, post and stationery service, plus generalist Facilities support with specific responsibilities for printing and binding, furniture key register and couriers. You will have previous experience in a busy post room environment, ideally within a bank or other large corporate company. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, archive and mail tracking systems, a team player also capable of working on own initiative.
Main Tasks
Sorting and distribution of internal & external mail.
Booking and tracking of courier mail.
Provision of printing and binding service.
Maintain all aspects of the Branch furniture key register
Assist other members of the department with their duties and cover in times of absence/holiday
Carry out other duties within reasonable scope of the job as required.
