Full Description:

Working for one of the most successful companies in the business communications industry, providing specialist professional advice in the areas of commercial document management and managing these needs for several thousands of clients nationwide.

To be responsible for sending all New Starter packs to new employees
To arrange and send all reference request
To be responsible for setting up New Starters on the HR system
To be responsible for changes of information on the HR System
To assist in running reports from the HR system in relation to sickness etc
To ensure all HR files are maintained and up to date
To assist with general HR duties (recruitment agency fee negotiations, job description)
To assist the HR Manager in the collation of pay information
To prepare changes of information (addresses, bank details) for the pay role bureau
To assist the HR Manager with managing the company mobile phones
To prepare data in relation to telephone (mobile & fixed) bills (internal)
To assist the HR Manager with managing the company car fleet
To assist the HR Manager on day to day queries in relation to facilities (post room, telephone systems etc)
To assist the HR manager in the day to day queries on IT
To be responsible for hotel and travel arrangements for Directors
To provide secretarial support for Directors
To assist in the collation of sales information
