A vacancy has arisen for two HR Assistants for within the Recruitment Section for a Company undergoing a Change Programme. This is approximately for 4 months but could be longer.
To provide responsive/flexible HR Support of HR Administration with Recruitment section. Preparing employment contracts, process payroll documentation to meet deadlines, publishing vacancies on the interne, processing application forms, preparing shortlist files, arranging interviews/tests, taking up pre-employment clearances. Collation, reporting and basic analysis of management information. Maintain ICT databases and related admin. Assist with the admin of assessment centres/days. To deal with complex and ad hoc customer queries.
