HR ADVISOR

Responsible for all HR Administration your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Head of HR when required
- Advising on less complex HR employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and appraisals
- Holding interviews
- Liaising with recruitment agencies and assisting with the PSL review process
- Assisting with implementation of new company benefits
- Playing a key role in the company review process
- Maintaining recruitment admin for interviews, starters and leavers
- Generating employee contracts and starter paperwork
- Assisting with payroll admin
