Our client is a subsidiary of a well known international finance organisation and specialist provider of finance to businesses. They are launching an exciting new venture which has created a vacancy for an experienced Commercial Property / Mortgage Underwriter. Based in their superb Surrey based offices close to Reigate, you will be working as part of a team where you will be solely responsible for assessing lending applications for advances up to £20m.
To be considered for this position, you MUST be able to demonstrate proven experience in a commercial mortgage underwriting environment from within the UK market. Unfortunately, candidates from a retail mortgage underwriting environment and those without UK market experience will not be considered for this role. Therefore, please do not apply.
