M&E Project Manager
Package: £55-60k, car allowance, full range of benefits
Company: Main Contractor working upon new build and refurbishment projects in the London region, across a number of sectors including commercial, education, leisure, heath and retail projects ranging from £5m to £45m in value
Role: To take responsibility for M&E aspects on projects from inception to commissioning. During the Pre Construction stage you will advise upon design, buildability and specifications, interview and select subcontractors.
As the project commences you will provide technical and operational support to the project team, managing the building services aspects, monitor subcontractors and suppliers, together with conducting regular site and programme reviews.
Requirements: Suitable candidates will be performing a similar role upon construction schemes and in their career must have worked on projects of at least £10m build value
You will have industry trade of professional qualifications and have balanced experience of the services elements either with an M&E Contractor or a Main Contractor.
