Position: Site Manager
Package: £55-60k basic, car or allowance, full benefits package
Company: Regional business of National Contractor with projects across the South East area, ranging in value from £5m to £30m, covering education, commercial, health and retail.
Role: Site Manager required for a project in Kent. Reporting to a Site based Project Manager your responsibilities will include complete supervision of the construction aspect commencing from preconstruction with involvement in the supply chain, through start-up to completion, you will lead and motivate the site team and supply chain to deliver this awarded project within programme and budget, whilst ensuring that quality, health & safety and company procedures are adhered to.
Requirements: Experience required upon UK building projects of £8m+ with a well known Main Contractor, you should have a proven track record of successfully managing projects; for the long term you will be working on either large new build or refurbishment projects. The successful candidate will need to be motivated, have strong leadership qualities, Client and Design team management experience, Good health & safety awareness, Ability to develop & maintain relationships with supply chain, Good team working skills, Accurate planning & programming. You must also have had steady career progression and significant periods of time with employers.
