Position: Project Manager
Package: £60-65k, car or allowance, full benefits
Company: Regional business of National Contractor with projects across the South East area, ranging in value from £5m to £30m, covering education, commercial, health and retail.
Role: Project Manager required for new or refurbishment projects. Your responsibilities will include complete project supervision from preconstruction through start-up to completion, you will lead and motivate the project team and supply chain to deliver the project within programme and budget, whilst ensuring that quality, health & safety and company procedures are adhered to. Additionally you will liaise with clients and their consultants to ensure the project runs smoothly and a successful project completion is achieved.
Requirements: Experience required upon projects of £10m+, you should have a proven track record of successfully managing projects; for the long term you will be working on either new build or refurbishment projects. The successful candidate will need to be motivated, have strong leadership qualities, Client and Design team management experience, Good health & safety awareness, Ability to develop & maintain relationships with supply chain, Good team working skills, Accurate planning & programming. You must also have had steady career progression and significant periods of time with employers.
