£19K basic + OTE

•Leading City based boutique within financial services specializing in Emerging Markets;
•With offices across Europe and the Middle East, my client is a driven, cross-product specialist covering Corporate Finance, Equities, Fixed Income, Asset Management, and Private Wealth Management;
•My client works solely on a retained basis across regional core areas.
The Role:
•You will be involved from the whole process as follows from finding clients and throughally researching their companies and market sector to mapping out various markets and producing listings of candidates for your client.
•A full consultative services for your clients;
•Contacting and consulting potential candidates;
•Arranging interviews to managing their offers.
The Candidate:
•You will be a motivated, ambitious and passionate individual, who is well presented, polished and articulate and able to demonstrate achievements outside of curricular activities;
•An excellent Degree from a top University with a strong academic record;
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade;
•Ability to pick up the phone and build business.
