A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounting Administrator with at least 2 years experience , to join an financial services Company based in Guildford .
You will be working in a small friendly team within the Finance Department and will have varied responsibilities, which will include:
 Assisting with preparation of monthly management accounts on Excel.
 Use of Oracle based database packages
 Ensuring all control / Balance Sheet accounts are reconciled back to balances held on the main database.
 Dealing with accounts payable
 Preparation of VAT reports and reconciliation to ledgers.
 Liaison with clients on all accounting issues.

In addition to being articulate and excellent communicators. Interested applicants should possess very good Excel skills and ideally, should have experience working within a financial services environment.
