In this role you will be the Deputy Company Secretary for the School’s Chief Executive Officer. You will be responsible for corporate governance and corporate planning at the School, and for providing direct, senior level support to the Dean. Additionally, you will be responsible for deputising for, and assisting the Secretary.

To succeed as the Deputy Company Secretary you will need excellent organisation skills, ideally with an understanding of, or experience in Higher Education. With your ability to build rapport with a range of audiences, you will also need first class planning skills.
