Intermediate Estimator / Senior Estimator - Enfield –up to £50k

An Intermediate Estimator / Senior Estimator is required to join a medium sized Main Contractor based in the Enfield area to work on a range of social housing and maintenance projects

Remuneration for the Estimator:

£35,000 - £50,000 plus car/car allowance

My client has over 350 employee’s working on over 200 operatives. The business has grown steadily and hit an all time high, in 2005, with a turnover in excess of £37 Million.

Job

My client carries out work throughout London and the Home Counties and is looking for an Estimator to be office based from Enfield.

My client has won major maintenance framework contracts from the local authority including Social Housing and Town Halls, Fire, Police, Libraries etc.

The position is to work on Measured Term Contract offering long term positions with stability.

The role is to use MTC forms of contract working on a national schedule of rates along side a dozen surveyors/estimators.

Background needed

There are at least two positions based from Enfield and they would look at any candidates with the following background:

5 years estimating experience
5 years plus construction experience working on Maintenance or Refurbishment projects
