Purpose of this post is to play a key role in the staff team to deliver a responsive and supportive service to users of the client services as well as help to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Work with the staff team and volunteers in providing the appropriate support, activity groups and services. Ensure adequate communication with Managers and Careers in accordance with their wishes. Maintain the appropriate standard of record keeping; complying with disclosure of information and access to records policies. Assist clients in accessing appropriate benefits. Organize, facilitate and follow up service user meetings. You will be responsible for preparation of Statistics for QAF & PAF as well Rent voids and arrears action planning
You Must have experience working with SMU.
Very good knowledge of housing benefit / Supporting people knowledge / Essential

Minimum 1 years related experience
